Shoe Size Guide
All shoe sizes on our site are US sizing, exactly as printed on the box. Men's and women's US sizes are different scales, so a women's US 8 is not the same shoe size as a men's US 8. Use the tables below to convert from UK or EU, or measure your foot and match it to the centimetre column.
1. MeasureStand on a sheet of paper, heel against a wall, and mark the tip of your longest toe. Measure heel to mark in centimetres.
2. MatchFind the closest foot length in the table for your range. If you're between sizes, go up half a size for tennis.
3. Check the fitYou want about a thumb's width in front of your toes and a heel that doesn't lift when you push off.

Wide fit: ASICS 2E (men's) and D (women's) wide models are the same length as the standard width, just roomier through the forefoot. Not sure?
