Acceptance occurs once payment has been verified and your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there are pricing or stock errors, suspected fraud, or issues with payment verification.

3. Promotions, Coupons & Gift Cards From time to time, Serving Aces may offer promotional codes, discounts, or gift cards.

  • Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

4. Shipping & Delivery We aim to dispatch orders promptly from our Melbourne warehouse. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary by destination or due to factors beyond our control. 5. Returns & Exchanges We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for full instructions. Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received unless deemed faulty.

6. Warranty Most products are covered by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise stated. Warranty coverage applies only to products purchased through authorized channels and used as intended. Please note there is no warranty on Stringing Services and no refund will be processed for the same.
