At Serving Aces, we aim to get your tennis gear to you as quickly as possible so you can get back on court.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase. During sale periods or peak times, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Times

Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide): 2–5 business days
Regional areas: 4–8 business days
Remote areas (WA, NT, TAS): 5–10 business days

We aim to dispatch orders promptly from our Melbourne warehouse. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary by destination or due to factors beyond our control. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $450.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

International Shipping We currently ship within Australia only. We offer international shipping to select countries shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
